  When I first came to helix I hadn't been working out at all. The coaches really took time to teach me the proper form and technique. All the members were really encouraging and welcoming. Not only have I increased my strength and endurance I have made so many great new friends. Helix has a great atmosphere for both people who want to be competitive in crossfit and for those that are just looking to live a healthier life style. Helix is also very family friendly. It has a "kid room" to keep kids occupied and safe while parents workout and there is also several crossfit kid classes.
